In this realistic, industry-focused coursework, I translated a macro trend into a commercially viable AW24/25 capsule range for Mango by integrating trend analysis, brand positioning, and data-driven range planning. Drawing on the “Expanded Imagination” trend, I applied surrealist and digital design influences to develop an 8-piece range, supported by Edited sales data to estimate pricing architecture, volumes, and profitability. The project strengthened my understanding of how trend translation underpins fashion product development, and enhanced my ability to balance creative direction with strategic, numerical decision-making across the full product lifecycle.
