In this analytical retailer review, I evaluated the in-store environment and visual merchandising strategy of Hervia, a Manchester-based luxury multi-brand boutique, through the lenses of threshold design, space management, retail atmospherics, and omnichannel integration. By applying academic retail frameworks alongside repeated store visits, the report assessed brand consistency and customer experience, and proposed design-led recommendations to strengthen spatial coherence and luxury positioning.
